Building and running a startup involves a fast pace, rapid decision-making, and constant development. However, even in the early stages, the Work Environment Act applies in full, and as an employer, you have responsibility for the work environment regardless of whether your team consists of two people or twenty.
In collaboration with Teknikföretagen (the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries), we invite you to a webinar where you will receive an introduction to work environment management and guidance on legal requirements and employer responsibilities.
During the webinar, we will cover, among other things:
An introduction to the Swedish Work Environment Act
What systematic work environment management (SAM) means in practice
Requirements for documentation, safety representatives, and safety committees
What does Organizational and Social Work Environment (OSA) mean?
The webinar will be hosted by Anna Welinder, Employment and Labour Law Specialist at Teknikföretagen, who works to support companies in work environment and employer-related matters.
You can submit your questions in advance or ask them live during the webinar. Please feel free to email your questions to yvonne.lo-alfredsson@teknikforetagen.se
